Stuart Saffer • partner

Stuart spent the last 22 years working in the field of developing Jewish programs and marketing such programs to overseas donors. His particular area of expertise is the Soviet Jewish community both in Israel and in the Former Soviet Union. Has escorted numerous donor missions to see first hand the programs being implemented and is extremely flexible in understanding the specific requirements of each donor body.

Stuart is a registered member of the American Management Association, and fluent in Hebrew, Russian, and English.



Erica Dyson • partner

Has more than 20 years experience in the fields of Strategic Planning and Performance & Programme Management both in the private and public sectors in the UK. She is an expert in deliveringcomplex projects from concept through to benefits realisation. She also has qualifications in Accounting and Finance, Information Technology and is a Professor at Salford University where she specialises in urban regeneration and ensuring projects deliver value for money. Erica is also a certified PRINCE2 practitioner and a member of the UK Institute of Directors.

Erica brought this wealth of her experience to the Israeli reality in 2008 when she and her husband made aliyah. In addition to English, Erica speaks Hebrew and French fluently.
